Quite a fun mini golf course. Some of the holes are more challenging than others. My six year old boy enjoyed it, although some of the Rainforest decorations are looking a bit tired. The soft play was good too without being massive, not badly priced at all, and the coffee was nice enough to sustain the adults! Some of the video games in the arcade accepted our money without allowing us to access the game, but we were able to get our money back from reception. A good rainy day option.

I took my 7 year old granddaughter to Oasis and we had a great time. We were there for about 4 hours and did all the activities on offer. The staff were excellent, all very friendly and helpful. It was a great way to do a lot of different things all under one roof and at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend it and we will definitely return!!

I am horrified for the lack of respect and verbal assault from the manager of the place or as he says 'the boss' behind the counter. Approached to request to withdraw money so my son can play on the machines, the guy started shouting to me, calling me names and when I asked him why he was shouting and requested to speak to the manager he told he he was the boss. He was extremely verbally violent and I felt highly discriminated as a woman for the tone of voice and anger. All I asked was "sorry, to withdraw money please"? As I queued and he went mental and extremely aggressive for no reason. Of course do not recommend this place ever unless they change the management and ways to treat their customers. Avoid at all costs. Very very bad customer service.

i witnessed a woman (customer) get screamed at by some employee that claims to be the owner which seems HIGHLY unlikely that he was as he treated his customers like rubbish. all the lady did was ask the employee politely that was working the till (the one who claims to be the owner), where she can get some cash out so she can use the arcade machines that they provide, and he ended up kicking off and screamed nonstop to her for a while and then as she left to go to her table to get her friends to leave, he walked up to them and shouted where they were going and what the issue is even though he was the issue himself. such poor service from him and the lady that was on the till too talking to him. i hope this gets looked into as it was insanely shocking behaviour from that staff.
